The Nature Museum, a Queen City tradition for more than 50 years, provides a place to explore nature at its unique location near Freedom Park. The Museum of Coastal Carolina is the Carolina coastal area's premiere natural history museum.

From I-77 South
If southbound, take Exit 11(Brookshire Freeway.) Immediately move into the far right lane and take the Church Street/Tryon Street exit. Take a right onto Church and a right onto 6th. The parking deck is on the right. Enter museum from the 3rd level.

From I-77 North
Take Exit 11(Brookshire Freeway.) Stay in the right lane and take the Church Street/Tryon Street exit. Take a right onto Church and a right onto 6th. The parking deck is on the right. Enter museum from the 3rd level.

From I-85 North
Take Exit 36 - Brookshire Freeway. Bear right at the top of the ramp. Head east toward downtown. Once you cross I-77, look for the Church/Tryon Street Exit. Take a right on Church Street and the museum parking garage will be located on your right.

From I-85 South
Take 1-77, Exit 38, heading south. Take Exit 11(Brookshire Freeway.) Take the Church Street/Tryon Street exit. Take a right onto Church and a right onto 6th. The parking deck is on the right. Enter museum from the 3rd level.

From Highway 74 (Independence Boulevard)
Take the Brookshire Freeway to Brevard Street. Take a left on Brevard Street and a right on Sixth Street.
