Take 40 West to Exit #27 - US 19/74 West. Follow 74 West approximately 27 miles. Take Exit #74, Hwy 441 North to Cherokee. Keep going approximately 4 miles. Take a right at first traffic light.

From Atlanta, GA:
Take 85 North to 985 until you run into 441 North. At Dillsboro take 74 West and follow signs to Cherokee (Exit 74). Take 441 North to Cherokee for about 4 miles, take a right at first traffic light. Harrah?s Cherokee Casino is at the next intersection (about one mile) Approximate drive time: 3 hours
